Our Team
LMC is a student-led club. Our executive team comprised of Laurier undergraduate students is responsible for organizing Hawks cup, hiring and coaching new competitors, and overseeing all club operations. Additionally, our executive team competes in external competitions alongside our competitors. They are passionate about giving their peers the same opportunities that participating in moot court has given them.
About Laurier Moot Court
Laurier Moot Court (LMC) was established in 2016 to improve its members research, writing, and oral advocacy skills by competing in undergraduate moot court competitions. Furthermore, it provides its members with opportunities to learn about the law and law school from lawyers, law students, and LMC alumni. Nowadays, LMC hosts one of Canada's largest undergraduate moots and competes in Canada's most prestigious competitions.
